Griball Zulu- An advanced court for testing true athletic skill!
GBZ-http://www.bungie.net/Forums/posts.aspx?postID=16536800

Do you like playing Grifball? Who doesn't like playing Grifball? But do you find yourself getting bored playing the same, flat and bland Grifball court over and over again? Well, I got a solution for you, Grifball Zulu! Grifball Zulu brings more excitement to this already fast past sport. The field keeps it's simplistic feel, but adds a slight complex variable. Best played with four players per team, but Grifball Zulu has the possibility for adding two more teams on the map. Two spectator stands have been added for players that would like to watch the games being played. If we can watch our favorite sports games on TV live, then we should be able to watch our favorite Halo events live too!

GBZ Regulations recommended for playing Grifball Zulu. The challenges of the map called for a slight decrease in ball carriers speed (125%) to make the map play evenly. Support for the spectator teams has been added as well. Click the link below to check out GBZ Regulations.

NOTE: Grifball is not my original creation. This is not meant to copy or take any credit away from Burnie Burns and the others at Rooster Teeth. I am just attempting to advance the game experience for Grifball players a like.

Live an ethical life and come face-to-face with the fundamentally flawed nature of human beings and look on the gap between high ideal and low achievement with wry amusement, only then will you have fun playing Halo 3, even against Generals who hump your corpse and beat you with a 30 point deficit.

I must say Zernoff this is quite impressive coming from some one who has the name of an alcoholic beverage.

I've created a more challenging practice game for Grifball that lets you advance your weapons and ball handling skills, while keeping the feel of playing Grifball. It's an Oddball game type, rather then a slayer with hammers and swords, but I think most people will like it. So, if your having trouble timing that hammer just right or attempting those mid-air ball smacks, then check out GB Practice

***Update***
My original post of Grifball Zulu didn't have the spawn points or ball start position correctly placed for oddball. I don't want to unfile share and repost, so if you want to play Grifball practice correctly, you will need to fix those two things in forge. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I know it isn't much compared to other File Share Files, but Grifball Zulu downloads has reached triple digits! I hope everyone that downloaded it has enjoyed a few games on this challenging, yet fun Grifball court. Keep up the downloads and thanks to all for your support! Hell, maybe even Burnie himself will check it out?

I still prefer the original, but me and my friends played a few games and it was really fun. Great map. Excellent job. That being said, what is the deal with the teleporters?

Well, I added the Teleporters as a variable if the ball carrier got corned as well as another path. You can't accidentally go through it, so it should annoy anyone in that aspect, and then it spits you out up top randomly in a specific direction. It was used as a challenge to mix up the game a bit. I like the original and still play with my friends on both, I just enjoy a change of scenery once in a while.
