Dude, scipio, your a -blam!-... anyone can see how higly you hold yourself just because you congegated a bunch of words together to feel better about yourself. #1 I never said I was better that anyone else, and I haven't said "but I kinda am better". I covered my bases when I said I really don't know, so by being a poser, and not telling all of you that I'm that much better, I also wouldn't put up posts like you have. Just gloat in ones own intelligents, because your a nerd. And when you say, that the best way to stop posers, and not be one, is fairly irrelevant, because like I said I haven't claimed anything besides the fact that I'm alright at Halo, so you should probably suck your own dick, and figure out what a poser is. Your a nerd, go read up the defenition F@G.
Posts like these warm mi'heart. First of all, I congregated a bunch of words to, belittle you, expose the truth and, have an excuse to stay up this late and feel better about myself. You missed some very key points. The quotations I used were not actual quotes, but rather more of a paraphrasing of what you said for an intended effect.
Never said you were better?. . . hmm. . . I recall reading
"I've just seen very few people that match me/ us."
Not saying you're better than anybody, eh? I guess all the people who can't match you are actually as good or better than you are, but you just won because they got lagged out or had to leave midgame. Ah, that makes more sense now.
Really, you are talking about how good you are because your entire post is centered around your tournament play and you end by saying that you beat most people you encounter. . . by default that is claiming you're better than the people you have beaten.
You're next sentences should read like this
I covered my bases when I said I really don't know[segment of sentence omitted because of awkward nature, and it did not contribute to the sentence] [no comma] and by not telling all of you that I'm that much better. [replaced comma with a period or semicolon] I also wouldn't put up posts like you have. Just gloat in your [replaced "ones" with "your" to avoid change in subject] own intelligence [commas don't go before "because"] because you're a nerd.
Ah, that's much better. Now, my point was relevant because you were boasting; however, you did so in a very subdued manner. Furthermore, your post was irrelevant one because you didn't address why people shouldn't be "posers," but rather you spent the whole time talking about how you play well in tournaments. Obviously, you kept on repeating that you weren't the best, but it pays to read between the lines, friend. Your post was nothing but a disguised glorification of your exploits.
Oh no, insults! Now I've really been beaten because you used a negative metaphor against me. Oh, zorn, zorn! I have been slain! (cookies for anybody who understands my allusion). Maybe we should see what Webster has to say about posers. . . here we go
Main Entry: 2poser
Function: noun
Etymology: 1pose
: a person who poses
Main Entry: 1pose
Pronunciation: 'pOz
Function: verb
Inflected Form(s): posed; pos·ing
Etymology: Middle English, from Middle French poser, from (assumed) Vulgar Latin pausare, from Late Latin, to stop, rest, pause, from Latin pausa pause
transitive senses
. . .
2 : to affect an attitude or character usually to deceive or impress
Wait a second, you seemed to constantly hammer the point that you weren't the best in order to alter your character to appear as though you were a humble gamer with no intent upon impressing anybody. You attempted to "deceive" your readers in order to "impress" them with your humility and good perspective on your own talent. . . I think you should take a closer look at the definition of a poser, and you need to take a really close look at what you're saying.
That's twice I've caught you red handed in the act of hypocrisy.
. . . and by the way, you should have used "you're a nerd" because you're making a contraction of you and are instead of showing possession. Although, you would be right if you meant to talk about my "a nerd" . . . whatever an a-nerd might be; unfortunately, that wouldn't make much sense in context.
