How exactly will you reload while dual wielding i mean will MC reload both guns seperatly or just through the gun in the left hand away when it runs out. Also say i have a BR and plasma pistol and I want to dual wield the PP with a needler do I drop the BR or do I keep it and am now technically carrying three weapons.

Technically, you do have three weapons when you dual weild and have another two handed weapon on stand-by. However, when you change to that other weapon, you'll drop the secondary weapon you were dual weilding. So, you will keep the Battle Rifle. (NOTE: I don't know this for sure. I'm just going by the E3 video) As for reloading, I don't know. Not many people do. There's only one ammo counter when dual weilding on the E3 vid. Maybe it'll just reload when the clip runs out, but you can't see the clip onscreen.

As of E32k4, this has changed. When you pick up a weapon to dual wield, you drop your standby weapon. This is subject to change, but this is how it was most recently.

As for reloading, you basically put the opposite weapon out of the way while you reload.

Thats actually an interesting question. I can just imagine the action in the middle of a war zone come to a grinding halt as the Chief asks everyone to hold on a mo, tucks a needler under his armpit or between his knees, reloads his weapon and then says "Ok, I'm good!" before continuing XD

I played a demo of Drake recently and I found it an extremely humerous idea where he just casually throws whatever weapon he doesn't want and pulls out another from his jacket in a neverending supply XD

MInd another refrence to marathon? sux for you if you dont. Anyway, in marathon you could get double pistols and shotguns, with the pistols you just realoaded whenever one of them ran out of ammo, and it would use the regular reload animation (i think). Shotguns were wrist reloaded somehow, dunno how. BOth weapon reloads sure looked convcining enough, either that or i was having too much fun with double pistols/shotguns to notice any major flaws =-)

I'm Pretty Sure That The Gun That Your Dual Wilding Will Auto-Rreload Onces Its Ammo Deplets If It Didnt Wats The Point Of Dual Weilding Weapons Thats That required Reload If You Could Only Use The Gun Once BeFore Discarding It, I Mean If That Was The Case I Wouldnt Even Bother Dual Weilding A Weap.

This makes no sense. If he has the BR secured somewhere, and he has both hands on a pistol type weapon, there is no reason he shouldn't pick up a thrid and not have to drop the BR.

I think you should keep the secondary weapon too.
It seems to me that dual weilding would be a spur of
the moment thing in MP, like when you're about to
enter a close range fight inside and need the extra
firepower. Then again, I've never played Halo 2 and
wouldn't know how it would affect balance, which is
the most important thing.

Dual SMGs probably like the dual elites from C-S. Take the clip out of one, use the other gun to put it in and do the same for the other. For needlers 'n other crap.....uhmmmm....throw them out? I dunno
