Thinking of something witty to write here since 2004...

Just a minor problem with Halo. I'm running on XP, with full 1280x1024 resolution, full details and effects, 75fps VYSNC on and everything is working wonderfully. The only thing is, is that the first person weapon movement seems to lag a bit while everything else goes really smooth.
Any ideas what to do?

It seems that, while Halo is able to run at higher FPS with VSYNC enabled, all animations in the game are locked at 30 FPS.

Specs?

If it is that you are moving your mouse, and then a moment later your computer ppicks it up, details are too high.

As Node once pointed out, you can run Halo at 5,000 FPS but the character and weapon animations will always be at 30 FPS.

Get Marathon Here
Get Marathon 2 and Infinity Here

And in case you didn't catch that, turn off VSYNC! ;)

Yup. That can hurt your eyes, I think.
