Locked for ニホンゴ オ ハナシアウ

I've checked the Flood Rules, Bungie.net Rules, The COC, and TOU

Found nothing, what am I missing? ^ ^

The Bungie Web Sites may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Communication Services"), you agree to use the Communication Services only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Communication Service.

If the "public at large" cannot understand what you are posting, then you are not using them as they are designed and intended.
I see... Every thread and post, is to be stated in every language possible. SWEET! ^ ^

No, no, NO! That is not what it means. It means it is supposed to be legible to the majority of users, who are primarily English speaking people (American, Canadian, British, and Australian seem to be the predominant countries of origin of Bungie.net).

Quite the dyslexic interpretation of what Recon said here. "Public at large" = english speaking. If the large majority of people here on on B.net cannot understand what you just typed, then it is a no no.

The ninjas also don't need to be opening up 50 different english to (insert other language here) translation dictionaries to make sure you didn't just tell someone to -blam!- off.

I was voted #1 summer upper in my high school class. At our commencement ceremony the guest speaker droned on and on about responsibilty, maturity and moving into adulthood. I stood up and yelled "HEY, LIFE SUCKS THEN YOU DIE, NOW LET'S GET THE HELL OUTTA HERE!!!!!!!!!"

My classmates gave me a medal, put me on their shoulders and carried me out of the building.

You are brave, and like to say random things. On topic: I personally do not really care what language a post is in.

Rainman89: To denounce the evils of truth and love!

sir_brilliant: Meowth, that's right!

You are also the only ninja with superhuman intelligence and an expansive knowledge of all things firearm's. You should be used to this by now.

And as was stated, the majority of users, and moderators, can not understand most foreign languages, and therefore they are not acceptable means of communication. Just as posts in All Caps or 1337speak will be locked.

But wait, isn't The Flood a type of Spam Board?

The flood is a place where people can talk about anything (Excluding Politics and religion) other then Halo and Bungie games. It is not a spam board. if it was, shishka wouldn't have a peg boy now would he.

I know this might sound inconsiderate, but this is how I see it:

If someone went around on the forums speaking in a made up language like... oh I dunno, Klingon, and no one could understand them... it'd be seen as spam, right? The same is with Japanese, except that some people ACTUALLY might have a slim chance of knowing what you said.

But if you want to talk to 1% of the community, you can do that in a Japanese B.net group.
