this started about 2 days ago...i cant get into anyones party but i can make them and invite people...

it says...

You aren't able to join this party because we're having network problems. Sorry about that.

i know i sound like an idiot, but is there another way to forward ports other than portforwarding, because im not paying $30

You forward your ports via your firewall or if you have a router, via the firewall AND router interface.

I'm not sure what you are refering to with the $30 fee? There is a web page called portforwarding.com which will help you with routers but it's a free information page.

Um, yes, assuming you have no router, you can "forward" them, via your standard firewall.
