This has probably been asked before, but I've never scene it, so I'll ask again. Do you think we will have to lead in halo 2 vista? Our netcode was crap last time, will this be the case this time? Opinions?

It's not being ported by Gearbox. So i say our netcode should be fine.

MS was to blame for leading, not Gearbox.

Also, no. H2PC won't have leading.

What it is.

there will be distance lead, which is normal...like, lets say shooting someone across blood gulch for say...you don't need to lead for lag though..at least i hope not.

Same .. i REALLY REALLY hope there is no leading in H2V
btw. is leading called like u have to shoot with sniper 1 m front of the running player so u can hit him ?

I love leading. It's what made HaloPC very unique.

Actually... no. It's not that unique.

You may have to lead in Halo PC, due to its netcode, but that doesn't mean you don't have to compensate for latency in other games. Quite the contrary.

I don't mind leading my shots. I get used to it. I'd rather not have to, though.
