I recently downloaded the Halo CE demo for my pc. And surprisingly it works fine. I've heard that the whole version has high system requirements. I was wondering if the whole version has the same requirements, because if it does I'll buy it and that means more money for Microsoft and Bungie.

I'm not so sure about that...

But whatever. The requirements are basically the same. They aren't high, but since Halo PC is a huge system whore, you'll need more than you should to run it well.

You can obtain the minimum system requirements from the MS knowledgebase here:

Yes the demo has the same requirements as the retail version. If you buy the retail version you can download Halo: Custom Edition which lets you play cystom made maps users create. The game is only $20, but there haven't been any updates in years, except the Vista compatibility patch. Learn to lead your shoots and its very fun.

If it runs on my computer, it runs on yours.
