Anybody know about this? I was just playing some Marathon 2 using Aleph one, but am really jonesing for some Marathon 1.

I got the perfect solution for ya. Get M1A1 from the Marathon archives. It's a port of M1 for A1 (duh) using the M2 engine with enhanced music and physics.

EDIT: Oh yeah. The current version release of A1 is missing a few things and music doesn't seem to work. I would get the earlier (May 19 2003) version.

If you already have M1, then just play it exactly the same way you would M2. Download another copy of A1 and copy the data files into there.

Nope, doesn't work. A1 is based on the M2 engine. M1 had to be reworked as a port. Of course, I don't advocate getting M1A1 unless you own M1 anyway.
