By Master Kim: Damn, is that with 16X AF enabled?
Yes, yes it is.
By DC Spartan: They wont run Halo as well??? What do you mean? It will go slower? Oh my god I hope not. I still want to have good graphics and still be able to play too! 8^(
got milk12:
Im going to have... good graphics soon! : ). Or great. Im not sure.
BTW I do not see any difference when it comes between Decent graphics good graphics and the great graphics links. I really dont.
It will be better than what you have now, but you're not going to be able to run it with "good" graphics at a good framerate and resolution. You might get a tolerable framerate. If you're willing to spend an extra $27, this card will run Halo quite a bit better than the 9600 PRO.
Also, the first picture is at 1152 x 864 with Shader model 1.4, the second picture is at 1280 x 1024 with Shader model 2.0 (although I'm not sure 2.0 shaders make a difference for those particular textures), and the third picture is the same as the second picture except with 16x antistropic filtering (all three pictures are with all video settings on high).
With my video card overclocked (7900 GS), I can play with "great graphics" and rarely drop below 60 FPS.
