i have problem with my 360, it keeps freezing up before i can even play a game so i am returning it to Circuit City. Oh yeah this is my second 360 to do this to me.
So my question is does anyone know how i can transfer my GOLD account to the new 360 i will be getting?? ive tried it before wih my 1st 360 but couldn't figure it out. anything will help

I'm not sure how you can keep your profile, but try calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX and talk to their support people. They should be able to help.

I had the same problem, so I sent it in to be repaired. Just try keeping the hard drive with you when you send it.

Or link your gamertag to your .net passport, then you can just go to your new 360, enter your e-mail and password, and you should have it. ;)
