i was having trouble hosting games a while back. I enabled port forewarding and everything...but it still wouldnt work. somehow i got it working. but lately i removed my old windows profile and transfered all of my files to another profile. And now i cant host. I have norton. but i disabled all the firewall settings while i play halo. Even if they were on halo is a trusted application. anyway, does anyone know what program might be making halo "unhappy"? or is it a router problem still...i enabled ports 80, 2302, and 2303...

edit: oh yeah, and i have DMZ on so all my ports are open, and i still cant get people in my game

Did you enable port 117? If you didn't, that could be your problem.

really? i never had that one enabled...even when it was working. ill give it a try. but you would think with DMZ enabled on my computers ip would do the trick then...

is it necessary for me to enable port "triggering"?

Ignore this

Make sure you have your ports fowarded to the IP address your computer currently has.
