Wow, this new layout is purely amazing, and I say that more than just because it looks amazing, and that in terms of design I really like it.
I hated the two bars that stuck with the screen on the old layout. Actually, I didn't like the old layout at all. It didn't look good and had horrible functionality.
The stats page also looks great, and I like that more features have been added so people don't have to go searching for stats sites.
Also, I think that I'll be on these forums a lot more with this layout. Everything is so much easier!

the new site looks quite nice, but it seems to break when I try and load it through Firefox - it looks like it tries to redirect to a Windows Live login page that doesn't exist... figured I'd let you know, I didn't see anyone else mention it...

I had a similar problem with IE. Was able to log in with Firefox.

Subject: Stats page issue

I noticed that when I mouse over the icon next to someone's GT in the stats viewer it pops up a box that shows the medals for that person for that match as well as the weapon they had the most kills with, etc. Problem is, it pops that up way down at the bottom of the page. You've got to have a really large browser window to see it, if you're navigating on a smaller window it's pretty hard to view. Any way that pop-up can show up closer to the line that you're mousing over? It seems to have to do with the teams (red/blue) the pop-up is set up not to block the stats for your current team. Problem is, if you're red and in a 8v8 match, the pop-up shows up below the last person in the match. That makes it hard to scroll around and see the info. The distance between the person's name and the pop-up seems to be constant for a given match. So, the first person's info shows up below the last person in your team, but if you want to see the last person's info it shows up a corresponding distance down from that last person, requiring you to scroll down so far that most of what you see is blank space.

Overall it looks wonderful, just thought the suggestion might help.

This sucks. They cut the bottom of the sigs off, they can't even put in buttons, the text page's colors SUCK, and it's way too spaced out. They took away the names of the forums, and the quote boxes are confusing. What the hell happened to the top?

Yeah, congratz on making this site officially suck.

They put sigs in a better place. No one reads them anyways. Mouseover the gamertag and the sig is there. In this case, text is better than buttons. I love the colors, and they're way better than the old ones. The forum names were confusing anyway, unless you visited the forums a lot, and that isn't the case for a majority of people who visit the site.
In my case, I don't really post in any other forum besides News, but now the other forums look much more inviting.
The quote boxes don't seem any different to me.
I can't believe some people think this is ugly, or, for that matter, that it sucks!
Forum names aren't that big of a deal, and compared to the old site, this one is gold!

Fix the weird half arrow buttons for going to the next page.

Also, fix the stupid friends online list pop up, it is pretty terrible as far as functionality goes.

But overall, a good clean design. Me gusta mucho.

I had the same issue with the page navigation arrow buttons in the forum only showing the top 60% or so of the graphic. I'm using Firefox 2.0.0.2 to view the site. When I used IE 6.0.x^y (holy long version number Batman!) the arrows showed up just fine.
