I can't get it to work in Firefox 2.0.0.2 either - it takes me to an error message that looks like this:

The page is unavailable or no longer exists

The page you're trying to find is either temporarily unavailable or no longer exists.

Please do one of the following:

* Click your browser's Refresh button to try reconnecting to the page.
* Check the spelling of the web address in your browser's address bar.
* Click your browser's Back button to go back to the previous page.

Firefox compatibility would be nice.

Any chance the forums will be getting a search feature? Currently, topics are impossible to find and get back to, new folks post the same questions and topics since they can't see if the subject was posted before, and veterans get tired of reading and answering the same topics over and over again. This chaos makes it feel less like a community discussion and more like a ever-growing pile of noise clambering for their 5 minutes of visibility.

Well Enough Alone...

~"The people who play Bungie games tend to sense that there's something behind the games that's attractive to them. Then they become fans of the games. And then they become rabid fans. And then they become employees of Bungie."(Life story) -Marty

It means you have shown heroism, fought in the face of spam and flaming to defend your thread and or your opinions. You, as a heroic member, stand and fight in the face of moronic replies, all caps titles, and reposts.
You are a cut above the rest.
You are a heroic member.

You know that this site is huge when it takes ten minutes to load a page.. . . Or maybe DSL just sucks.
I want to know when the Beta is going to launch.

There's nothing wrong with firefox, it's windows live ID that's the problem.
Delete your bnet cookies and load the page again. That will fix it.

Also, I can't edit my profile. The links are greyed out. Why is that? Is it just not functional yet?

EDIT: The Player Hub works perfectly in Firefox, but it's just greyed out and nonfunctional in Safari. Please fix this!

Love the new site. In the interview you refer to this as "building the new Bnet".... I think Battle.net is considered Bnet in my realm, even as an AVID HALO freak. BNET owned by Blizzard.

True, validation for the sake of it is a bit silly if everything works as intended across browsers. I know a number of my projects don't fully validate either but it's always something I strive for. Anyway, just wanted to pass along my praises. From your games down to the tidiness of your website's source. You all continue impress and inspire. Thanks!

For the record - the previous nav wasn't flash, it was Javascript/CSS, just like the one we have now (only more complicated).

As for the validation - you'll find that this site nearly passes validation as XHTML 1.0 Transitional. I'm of the opinion that validation for the sake of validation is silly - it works, and we didn't need any browser specific style sheets to do it. The fact that it doesn't validate completely is not a huge deal when considered in that light.

"Deus Ex Machina"

Damn, this is the sexiest thing i have ever seen (not including your mom). The new stats page is completely AWESOME wiht the new breakdowns, routes, and new stats. The site is way more clean and crisp and S H I N Y. Much easier to navigate, profiles are much better, forums have been improved, and all i can say is DAMN. Kudos to Bungie for this long needed, very greatly executed makeovers.

Bungie.net just went Web 2.0.

Good job on the new design. It looks more mature, yet ninja-like.

Halo 3 is better than Reach

Xbox Live: iSupremacyX
Xbox Connect: Cold_Achilles
XFire: redmeany
Steam: coldachilles

i've gotta say bungie, this is really nice! The stats looks good, it will be cool to see all Halo 2 and Halo 3 stats on the stats page. too bad halo 1 wasn't online, so it could have all 3 games.
