Ach! Was ist los?

Okay, here's the deal. I recently switched ISPs, from Earthlink to Verizon, and my e-mail changed with it. For some reason I can't get Microsoft's .NET member services to register the new address, or rather I can register the address but the confirmation e-mail never arrives and the account is crippled. Switching back to the old address works fine, and many functions work okay with the new address, but it keeps telling my that the account is unverified. I'm not using any kind of spam filter and all other e-mail reaches the new e-mail account without trouble.

So what am I to do? Is there a way to get the .NET system to resend the confirmation e-mail, or can I close the passport, create a new one, and link it to my B.net login?
