Are the games going to have the same levels as the Xbox version of Halo 1, 2 and 3?

Well, considering they are direct ports of the game yes but for halo 3 I'd say you got another 3-5 years for that to be on pc, and halo 2 is out in may on the 8th.

spartennum117 is correct, except when referring to multiplayer levels.

Halo 1 PC/Mac included two new multiplayer maps, Timberland and Gephy-hard-to-spell, two new multiplayer weapons, the M7057 Flamethrower and fuel rod gun, and two new multiplayer vehicles, the rocket Warthog and the Banshee.

Halo 2 Vista comes packaged with a multiplayer map editor, allowing for technically limitless new maps. I'm relatively sure H2V includes the two multiplayer map packs as well (one of which remains currently unreleased).

We'll see what Halo 3 will bring.

The campaigns remain unchanged, but mods for Halo PC: Custom Edition are available.

halo 3 has to be done on pc because bungie wont leave out halo 3 for pc because they already have halo 1 and 2 and 3 so we can complete the collection.

Sadly I must say QFMFT!

I try to give Bungie credit now and then but it seems that every corner I turn I see less and less support towards the PC side of their product line. I don't care if Bungie likes to make love to the Xbox every night and if you do that's fine but seriously...We're good dogs but if you don't pet us once and awhile it'll be hard to keep us under the porch.

Even though Bungie knows damn well that any PC gamer could kick the bloody living -blam!- out of 95% of the Xbox population, not to mention MOST of the PC gaming community seems to be more mature over the all. I guess we have to be because it really does seem like we are being shoved under the rug sometimes.

Barely released ANY H2V updates, ripped single player support, -blam!- up the first Halo and didn't bother to do anything to try to improve your own product, seriously I would think that Bungie would take more pride in their product, especially with a franchize as big as Halo. I know that it might not have been Bungie that messed up Halo but if you knew about it than why didn't YOU get off YOUR ass and DO something about it. "ERUGHHHGHGHGH we can't do anything because we r teh luv t3h haxb0x. You guys know damn well that if you wanted to you could have done something to help improve halo PC. They've made MILLIONS off of halo, not just the Xbox but the PC as well, don't forget about us Bungie.

Yeah because they sure do remember and cherish the mac community that gave birth to Bungie.

Oh wait Bungies dead. Never mind.

Bungie's games are an M$ hardware/software marketing tool.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

And Death Island and Infinity! So it's 6, not 2, by my count.

Halo PC came out with NINE new maps:
Timberland
Trinity
Gephyrophobia
Death Island
Danger Canyon
Ice Fields
Six are listed here because I forget the other ones.
