I picked up my new Pantronics HALO 2 Headset/communicator on Monday to use this week with HALO 2, only to get home, open it and find out it doesn't include the adapter to hook up to your controller. Did I get a bad package or is this the norm? Also, if it is the norm, and you have to use the old adapter, what do you do with your old headset? It's useless now. I thought I was gonna have an extra to share with buddies for when I have a guest or to sell on Ebay. Anyone else have anything to say about this or maybe tell me where I can pick up an adapter...

I wouldn't have bought the Halo 2 headset if I were you...

Most of the third party replacement headsets that you can get don't come with the adapter. The packaging describes what is included, and all the reviews I've seen mention that as well.

Well, I wanted a second one to keep around for when buddies are over. And I thought worst case I would sell the other one. But knowing now what I know, I wouldn't have bought it either. I wonder if I can take it back, I am seriously considering it now...
