The warthog run in the Maw is one of the best endings I have experienced in a game. Would you consider this the best ending you have ever played in a game? I also enjoyed the ending levels in Final Fantasy X, KOTOR, and Baldur's Gate.

I thought it was kinda rushed...

The Legend of Zelda:Ocarina of Time had the best ending evar! Actually, almost all of the Zelda games did.

I hate time limits... I really, really do.

The Wind Waker had the best ending, IMO.

I couldn't agree more. But you have plenty of time to finish in the Maw. It usually takes me about three minutes to complete the final drive, and the game gives you six minutes to do it. Five on legendary, but that's still all the time in the world.

I repeat, sing along with me, I run the streets the streets don't run me.

The ending was too rushed in my opinion.

I think its extemely good. The only thing that gets me is that on a starship whats the point of a huge open vacum corridor that runs nearly the length of the ship? And also where foehammer dies- The two halves of the ship are attached by only that itty bitty walkway. WTF

It is certainly up there with the very best if it is not the best itself.

1.Arkham Asylum, 2.Mass Effect, 3.Halo CE, 4.Mass Effect 2, 5.Halo 2, 6.Splinter Cell Double Agent, 7.Gears of War 2, 8.Medievil, 9.Oblivion, 10.Crash Team Racing

I too hate time limits. When i blew up reactors and Cortana said "we should have 15 minutes to get out of this ship" i was angry but when the real driving started it was great. i just hope Bungie doesnt flood other games with time limits. Greast ending

yes, i loved the hog part, especialy when i have my buddy as the gunner, we pwn that level lol. Not to mention it is pretty cool getting to check out the insides of a Halcyon class cruiser. Its a shame though, i liked the Pillar of Autumn, hated to blow her up

Halo CE definitely has the best ending for a FPS. There are rpgs with endings that are just as good.
