What's a PM? It sounds like a sort of personal messaging system, but I didn't know this site had one. How do you use it? Is it that envelope icon right next to the words "message center"? I always thought if I pressed that button I'd get a bunch of junk mail, and I don't want that, so I've never pressed that button before. There are numbers next to it too. What are those there for?
This whole thing sounds confusing.
I'll respond to a PM if there is something to respond to. If someone asks me a question, I'll try to answer it. If someone sends me a bad thread/user, I'll take care of it, and usually send a "thank you" back to them. Although, when it gets busy, I might not reply back. I assume the other mods do the same thing. So, although I try to respond to PMs that warrant a response, I don't always have time. But, if the message is simply "lol hi lol" or "I HOPE U DIE -blam!-", I don't usually send a reply. Unless I feel like messing with their heads, but I'm not usually in that kind of a mood.
(PS spamming a mods inbox with pointless messages is not the best of ideas. I know of a certain Master Moderator who will ban you for that kind of thing, so I'd avoid sending the mods unnecessary messages. Except for TriggerHappy and Achilles. They love PMs. The more the merrier. I'm sure they'd both appreciate a few random PMs sent every few hours. Give it a try.)
