Windows Vista Ultimate 6.0 x86
Intel Celeron D 356 3.33 GHz
Centon 1024MB PC4200 DDR2 533MHz Memory
Chainforce SA6600: nVidia GeForce 6600 with 256 DDR SDRAM 8x AGP
Biostar P4M800 Pro M7 Via Socket 775 MicroATX Motherboard

Very well...

What it is.

I would say you will run it fine. Seeing as your gfx card isnt the highest and your RAM just meets the minimum. Aside from that, you'll be fine.

The bungie.net community is the halo PC community that is renowned for being unbelieveably sucky.

????

How can you say very well with a 6600?

He's near the bottom of the recommended specs with that video card.

I got my 6600 when they were first released and I'm slow to upgrade. I'd rather buy an XBOX 360 for $400 than a new GFX card\Motherboard.

Comparison

Wow. Am I that helplessly out of date? I think I will overclock my card ASAP. But I will keep the card you showed me in mind.

Any suggestions on OCing it?

Nvidia Geforce Go 6150 - Integrated Vram up to 128 mb =(

okay you see the issue with your laptop is the gfx card. im not sure about the processor, does it just say turion 1.60ghz or somthing like 1600+ or 3000+?

but id think youd be fine with the proc and ram but the gfx card is real iffy.

My laptop is dual core.. Meaning I have 2 processors running at 1.60ghz each. It only says Turion64 x2... And yeah graphics card is not so great.
Doesn't say anthing like 1600+ or anything like that.. Only on my other pc.. but it has windows xp and don't want to upgrade it.

Anyways, any more help would be appreciated, and thank you very much pinkprincess =)

Don't bother overclocking much from the Ge-Force 6 series (unless it was the 6800U...)

Just save up some cash and buy a decent 7900 series card.

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

It's a laptop, he isnt going to be overclocking what he has anyways.

and mr nick to overclock your video card is somthing you have to have patience for so you dont royally mess things up but to do it you need to hit windows+r or got open up your start menu and open run and type "regedit" look for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE_SOFTWARE then go to NVIDIA Corporation then Global and open NvTweak right click and click new Dword value name it "coolbits" Right click on Coolbits, and choose Modify. Change the Value data to "3" then you can close regedit and got to your driver and it shall allow you to overclock, remember small steps
