Flogging Molly

During LAN is the only time i listen to music while playing. It takes away a lot of the sress you get when your 3 feet from caping the flag and die then the enemy gets your flag and scores.

Aargh I hate Metallica, I don't mind their 80s stuff though (before they sold out and became new metal). I don't like listening to music as it makes it harder to communicate with (blame) my team in multiplayer. Singleplayer already has great music, no surprises there.

I like to listen to some Children of Bodom during our death-matches. Their taste-y lyrics add beauty to the constant massacres that take place. Magistral is another great band to listen to. Their songs bring out those epic battles with the Ghosts and Warthogs and the one dude standing in the middle with a rocket launcher, which is usually me. There is always a comfort in silence, though.

Single player i generally just listen to the music in the game, but when it comes to multiplayer , my brother made a cd with Halo music, Marathon Music, Myth music, and some fan stupfh inspired by Halo and Marathon. He called the cd "Music to Frag to".
If you don;t have access to that then Offspring works well to. (Smash and Ixnay on the Hombre)
