well i was just wondering how to submit to bungie aimboters in halo.
because if you ask me its just ruinning the game when e.g. some guy comes in with alt coded name or someing you just cant understand and they snap and shot allies and so on its just plane stupid how they have to ruin everybody's elses game.
so if i was just wondering if i could stop these people?
and if so how?
and if if so how would i possably submit it to you the bungie people who should have the magical power to ban people.

and all those who have feelings about this please leave something to state your feelings.

You can't. Bungie pulled the support on Halo PC years ago, anyway.

Um, I think they just might have good aim, not aimbots.

Leave the server and find another one.

Um, except that Bungie doesn't have the magical power to ban players who are playing in other people's servers in a game they don't even support anymore, where the so accused players are probably just legitimately good.

You really can't stop cheating. But it's not as if an aimbotter lurks in every other server. It's not that bad, relax.

FORTY PERCENT???
------------------------------

I've been banned from servers after continous "Turn that off NOW!" warnings. I've never even googled a page to GET an aimbot let alone actually use one!

There are people out there that you can play agaisnt and think "ah you cheating ....." who AREN'T doing so. Most of the shouts in games of "you cheatting hax0rzzz" are just people who are either not really that good or just a bit annoyed and venting a bit of steam. I've thought it, i've not really even really thought they WERE cheating though.

I've played in clans where i thought they COULD be cheating, but seeing them play at their home.... they weren't and it was shocking. But then... kids today :p

to be honest I wouldn't trust anyone to identify an aimbot unless they themselves are an extremely good player. Good players know how to play and control maps, not jsut have good aim, and so can identify when another player has 1 aspect of their game that is good; their aim. I can tell you now that 99% of the time you are just getting owned, not aimbotted.

You just need to accept the fact that there are really good players that are way better then you. The fact is the better Halo players are better then the aimbots, so there is no way of knowing who is botting. Yes some kind of anti-cheat system would be nice but it ain't going to happen so just get used to it.

Heh.. Heh..... It's funny you should say that Nessy, because nobody I know has ever accused you of aimbotting while you were playing on a public server under a different tag and totally raping my ass.

I would say 97% of those yielded bot searches will lead to spyware, viruses, and trojans, thus ultimately destroying your computer. I also believe that 83% of the time you're paranoid; there are approximately 73% of players that are better than you, so because they are better, it doesn't mean that 83% of the time you have to conclude that they have an aim bot. Did you know that 43% of statistics are made up on the spot, too?

I checked, any site that used to host it, either doesn't exist anymore or is no longer offering it. It is now almost impossible to find a working copy of the original BB bot.

Community on Halo PC is pretty good if i do say so myself.. I prefere CTF though as the players tend to work as a team and i love working as a team and using strategic planning.

In regards to the AIMBOT i must admit that i myself was once sent the "program" and the guy was telling me that i should use it in the game.. I still have the original AIMBOT on my 2nd hard drive..

I just told him
"An AIMBOT requires no skill.. The more you use it the less skilled you become and the less you care about skill.. One day you turn around and realise that you stand no chance of winning without it.."

I haveNEVER cheated on Halo to get the upper hand.. I believe that skill in a person is unique and should be earned. You cannot beat genuine skill and i respect people who have it without cheating. It's the same with games like Rainbow Six: Vegas... People running around using shields.. But when they no longer have a shield they still seem to think they have it, like when you have your arm cut off.. The phantom shield.. They get an invulnerability complex and that's not good..

There is literally no reason to hack on HPC. KW barely supports it, much less bungie. The only way I use to collect stats is Battlestats.com and frankly, its a biatch putting in line after line of scores from a screenshot. There's little fame, little glory, and absolutely no money or prizes for winning. to all t3h hack5- move to a game that SUPPORTS STATS YOU -blam!-S!

The only person I would trust to identify an aimbot would be a former aimbotter or a current aimbotter.

They DO know exactly what to look for.

Exactly. Also, it has been a while since my last tutor session on spotting an aimbot. Is anyone interested in me setting up another server this weekend?

Also, people who have to download an aimbot likely have no experience with programming, and so probably have the default shift as the "cheat" key. Simply suggest a temporary truce, walk up to them, and ask them to type something like "#*$U#@*($&" into the ingame chat thing. As far as I know, shift makes your gun jump around even while you are typing in chat.

(I have no idea if this actually works, just some random guy kept asking my teammate to do it, and I figure that's why)

Don't drink to excess– You might shoot at tax-collectors... and miss

Computer: Power Mac G5 CPU Type: PowerPC G5 (2.2) Number Of CPUs: 2 CPU Speed: 1.8 GHz L2 Cache (per CPU): 512 KB Memory: 1.25 GB Bus Speed: 900 MHz

ATi Radeon X800 XT Mac Edition
Display Type: LCD Resolution: 1680 x 1050 Depth: 32-bit Color

I'd rather face a botter than a really good player– botter will lack the other skills that a truly good player has.

Last night I was accused of botting. I can't bot– I play on a Mac. As far as I know, the bots are all PC. We were playing CTF on Blood Gulch with sniper weapons, with shields. Some guy on RED was going to the cliff to the and sniping our team pretty effectively. I could hardly see him, yet he'd nail 2-3 of us with head shots each clip of ammo. I kept zoomed on the crest of the cliff. I saw the tippy top of his head and shot it, killing him. He went straight back to the same spot. I saw the top of his head again and shot it again.

I must have done it 10-15 times, (isn't the definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over but expecting different results?), and he finally accused me of botting. People were laughing at him. I had a really decent ratio, like 27-7, but other players had 75 or more kills. I told him maybe if he tried a different spot or didn't stay prefectly still I might miss him. It got to where I'd watch him going to the cliff, but I would not waste my ammo on him while he was moving, since I knew a moment later his head would pop up right in my sights.

Given that he had been hitting us so easily and remaining so well hidden, (only the smallest sliver of his head was peeking over the edge), I though HE might be botting, but never accused him.

I find most people who cry about botters need more practice.

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

Most botters have no real idea how to play.

H2S Rad once accused me of cheating in a match and had me do that... New420 should remember, he was there.
