I don't think this should be moved at all. Honestly I think this should be exactly where it's at so there is intelligent discussion of this issue. I am not saying that every other forum is unintelligent, but the spammers have a way of ruining it all for everyone. Especially the good discussions. Here in the Column, there is a peer review that takes place (sort of) and helps keeps the spammers away.
Back on topic.
I think that banning according to credit cards has some merit, but then that would get into financial rights and consumers would riot. Not to mention all the parents that would sue or lobby Congress. Not that Congress does much, but......
It would also be dangerous as having huge lists of banned credit card numbers laying around could garner attention from bad people around the world.
