Hello Folks

Does anybody have any idea if Halo 2 Vista is region coded? I would like to order my H2V form the USA, but can I use it here in Europe? Every piece of information will be appreciated.

Here you will need this to help you get your foot out of the back of your throat, looks llike its in there pretty deep. And what is that on your face? Egg?! *hands Kim a washcloth*

DVD videos, and then they need to be region coded, not by default.

Most DVD video games have multiple languages. Older PC games had different versions to comply with each countries individual laws. Ie: Fallout 2 uk/german versions had no children in the game. While the US version did. Something about killing children in a video game really tweaked someone.

I was thinking the same as Btcc22. I’ve never met a PC game with region coding, but they have always been on CD. This is DVD and ‘em are usually coded. The answer also could be in Windows and DVD hardware. Can PC DVD drives understand region coding and will the language of windows affect?

Yep Yep. Surely I know that Games are in DVD and when talking about PS3, they’re on Blu-ray DVD. The thing is I haven’t got time to play any new games on PC since the time when almost all games were on CDs. I’m not ancient, u know. But cos I don’t have consoles or I don’t watch much movies on DVD, I’m not so familiar with practical things on DVDs.

Still... Yes or know for the region coding? There's a problem...

You mean PC games aren't just on floppies and CD's anymore? Anyone wanna buy a zip drive?

Yeah, this starts to be out of topic now. And there's no need to be mean. And zip drive was a fiasco.
