Yes, I know this has been done before, but for some reason, I can't find that thread. If you want to know if your PC can run Vista and H2V, please post the following, and me or another community member will help you out:
CPU Brand, Product Series and Model Number (Example: Intel Celeron D 356)
CPU Clock Speed (Example: 3.33 Ghz)
RAM Amount, Speed and Type (Example: 1 GB 533 Mhz DDR2)
GPU Brand, Product Series, Model Number, Memory Amount, Memory Type and Connection Type (Example: nVidia GeForce 6600 256MB DDR SDRAM AGP)
Manufacuturer and Model Number (Only if applicable)

Items in bold are absolutely required.

Obviously, I don't expect you to know all of this off the top of your head, so here is a handy little utiity that will help you find this information.

Up at the top, just below the Halo 1 and 2 PC banner, you'll see text that says " * Pages: 1 2 3 4 .... 502", try clicking on page 2.

If you want to post a question about "Will my computer support H2V" or something similar, just post it on a preexisting hot topic, and you're sure to get a response. Here's one thread.

Well, that thread was just created, and is still reasonably new. I would suggest a "hot topic" thread, as it may be a little more useful.

I mean like this one.

Yeah, but not everybody has the same computer as you do...

Of course not, however, as many others did, people who are wondering if their computer will support H2V, can post their specs. So while they have a different computer, they can still get advice.

Yes, I am a hypocrite, and I'm sorry. I really do mean well, but I'm not running on all cylinders.

Everytime someone buys a copy of Halo 2 Vista, a puppy dies.

CPU Brand, Product Series and Model Number : Core2Duo E6300, stock speed
CPU Clock Speed: 1.8 gHz I think.
RAM Amount, Speed and Type : 1GB PC3200
GPU Brand, Product Series, Model Number, Memory Amount, Memory Type and Connection Type : Sapphire ATI Radeon 1900XT, 256MB

Question: What settings will H2V run well on, and will 2GB of ReadyBoost USB Memory help at all?

If Bungie.net had a rep system, you'd be getting a lot right now.

I'm assuming thats a x1900 XT.
High Resolution. High Settings. With few, if any problems. ReadyBoost helps with the active pagefile, for running multiple applications at the same time, and only if the Flash Memory you are using is High Speed.
