No, you should go with a Core 2 duo, Pentiums are the past. I'd get atleast a Intel C2D E6600, also i'd get a better psu, anything OCZ or Enermax 600w at least make sure it has high 12v rails, 4 gigs of ram is wayyyyy overkill, all you need is 2 gigs of ram DDR2 6400, for mobo i'd get the eVGA 680i, I have it and it's awesome, amazing overclocker too.

Ya the Duo's are way better i got them on both my CPUs and there asome. And if you are running Windows Vista then i recommend you get the monitoring gadget that monitors the corse so you ca see how much things strain them witch usually never happens so when it dose you know somethings wrong.
Everything els accept the psu looks crazy and expensive.

nice....i have 800 gigs hard drive space....and im getting another 8800 GTS superclocked to put in SLI config

great choice in motherboard...i have it in this computer =] works like a charm.

btw you dont need 3.2 GHz.....thats excessive.....get 2.4 GHz and save yourself some money....or just buy quad core
