if anyone whose outside the US wants to send me their ideas - ask for my email in a PM and i could forward them to bungie so that it would be from the US. i dont know if this would work actually with the rules and stuff. i dont know whose name i'd put just because of the rules and what not. id love to try to help you guys out. if it comes down to it i could say my name was your name. haha. though ive probably just got myself blacklisted from the competition for this post. its worth a shot, so that bungie could get the best emblems possible, by having the biggest pool. im sure it M$ who are freaking out about the rules so maybe bungie would be a little more lenient. anyways, i promise to do whatever i can to get you credit. im an artist in real life myself and as such im extremely bound to the code of honor in not copying or taking credit for others work. anyways, let me know in a PM if you want to try, id just like to see what people come up with too. haha. being an artist ive spent hours trying to come up with new combos for good looking symbols in halo 2.
bungie should pick the best entries they get, ones they would be happy with no matter which one won, then have the fans vote for like a top 3 or something and the 3 get in. just 1 emblem to win seems kind of small, considering the amount of entries you probably get and the more diversity of that symbols you can create in halo 3 the better. no one likes to see there symbol copied by someone else! haha
Like I said before, you'll get disqualified. The rules clearly state that the work must be orignal and made by you, meaning submitting other's work = a big, fat NO.

Ok i asked many times, which laws are those you ar all talking about but don't know nothing about!
let's see if you don't want to reply or you just don't read this:
F U C K OFF!
First of all, flaming won't make people want to respond, nor will it help you get an answer. As for your question, I can't specifically state that it's law 3 dash 4-A, as I've never studied international law.
If you want proof there are laws against contests like this, go buy a candy bar with a contest on it. It'll say something along the lines "Valid for <country here> residents only. Void where prohibbited." Yes, I realize used a candy bar contest is a horrible example, it's just the only thing I could think of that just about anyone could find. Anyway, it shows that there are many places where there are restrictions. You don't live in the US, so you wouldn't know, but contests actually have many laws concerning them. For example, it is illegal to run a contest where the purchase of something is required, unless it is government sanctioned. I could go on, but this should be enough. If you want the exact laws, go use google, as that's what I would be doing to find them.

What the hell should that? Did they think the amis are better drawer than us europians? That is stupid! When I read this the first time i found it is a honor that i can do this but now!! BULL-blam!-!! What is with you guys! MICRO = AMER, CAN, AUS SONY = JAP but what is with EUROPE!! Europe was the only continent what made all the genius because all the other wasn't smart enought (B.C to 1492)
You seem to be utterly convinced the only reason you can't participate is because bungie hates you. I don't see why this is, as they've already done tons for their fans. They have a beta for H3, they have contests like this, they actually communicate with fans, and interact with their community, unlike many, many game companies, and all people do is say Bungie hates them. Because you can't enter one contest, you automatically decide it's bungie's fault and there couldn't be any other influences. I'm hope bungie keeps up their good community interaction, as it's some of the best out there.
