You can still send them emails from hotmail, gmail, or whatever email service you may have.

Just type in 7themes@bungie.com in the area that asks you where to send it to.

You can always mail it to them. Like, physically, in an envelope.

Or you can copy and paste the address into your e-mail box in your hotmail. You don't have to click on it.

You can also save it as a .jpg in paint cant you? If not, just download Irfan View and you can save it as a .jpg in there.

Mourne not your comrades who must dwell / too strong to strive -
Within each steel-bound coffin of a cell, / Buried alive;
But rather mourne the apathetic throng / The cowed, and the meek -
Who see the world’s great anguish and its wrong / And dare not speak.

Yes, paint supports .jpg. It also supports .gif.

When you go to save it, look under the name, and you'll see the file type. Click on the pull-down list and select jpeg or gif. You may want to try both to see which looks better for your picture. I usually prefer gif since it gives me smaller file size and avoids the jpeg artifacts (crappy square looking things). In a file so small though, I doubt it will matter much.
