No, it most likely wasn't Bungie. Like someone previously said, they would probably contact you through better channels.
However: Your website is a blatant visual ripoff as far design and layout goes. It does test the boundaries of web plagiarism. Of particular note are the fact that the "Top Stories" image on your site appears to be a direct screen-cap from Bungie.net. Also, your logo might very likely infringe on a design trademark that Bungie might (Probably does) have on their logo (In other words, your logo is so similar that it can be argued that it is a violation of the trademark). Also, the small text on the bottom with the copyright symbol and then "TrickiniT Corporation" is a little sketchy: You're claiming copyright on something that clearly wasn't designed by you. If you really want to go there, you'll also notice that you're not messing Bungie (Take a look at whose name is down by the copyright symbol here at Bungie.net).
The main issue is that there isn't much that can be done legally if someone simply copies the design of the page. The legal power gets more applicable when something is actually copied (Code, content, etc). Your code looks fine (You use ImageReady to make a table based layout: yuck. Bungie probably uses Visual Studio to make a CSS based tableless layout: cool). The main thing I would think about are the logo (Very similar to Bungie's), and the news content you supposedly copied.
I'm not a legal expert by any means, but I suggest redesigning your site for artistic/ethical reasons. You've obviously got some web design experience: Use it more creatively...
