If you check my account, xCGx Whit3out, Its only a level 30. I didnt try to mod to get my level up. But it doesent really matter. Its just banned.

So.. Who knows? Considering you broke the rules of Xbox Live when you cheated, your account should be banned from the entirety of Xbox Live... I think that account should be banned, but I'm not making those decisions. :P You ruin games for other people, and no one likes it. :\

Perhaps you should've thought about your ability to play in the future before playing with cheaters (or cheating yourself)..?

I hope those that are banned, continue to stay banned so they don’t try to ruin Halo 3 for others. Not to mention it will discourge people from cheating now on Halo 2 hopefully.

Personally I think they should stay banned... Even if it was a "small" thing in Halo 2 that you cheated or whatever you did to break the XBOX Live agreement terms in order to be banned. You read the terms (I hope) agreed to them and then didn't follow them, so you lost your privilege to play Halo 2. It should have been XBOX Live in general, but Bungie has only been banning folks from Halo 2 MM. Of course it's not my decision to call on this, but hopefully Bungie keeps an Iron Fist towards those that made our gaming experience a bit less than it should have been from experiencing Halo 3 on live.

Now nothing stops you from starting a new account either, so I guess you always have a way in if want to do the little extra work.

If you don't got it, you want it. If you got it, you want more of it. Of course if you don't know what it is, it's hard to get any in the first place.

I too hope that banned accounts can't get into Halo 3.

You were the ones willing to ruin our fun, so now that your kicked out of Halo 3, don't go crying to me.

It's the perfect revenge, at least in the short term of the Beta.

Revenge isn't the issue, Chocobo. It's "These rules were set down, and you chose not to follow them." Sure, there's some personal "These guys ruined my fun, which also can amount to wasting my money", but honestly? I strongly dislike people who know the rules and blatantly defy them. They need to learn something in life or they're going to have trouble.

Yes I know Revenge isn't the full issue, but to quote Spiderman 3...

Waitress: How's the pie?

Harry: So Good.

These users broke the terms of service, they were destructive to the community, and they in all right should be blocked from using playing Halo 3, and using XBL. So for gamers who were banned from MM, but didn't make a new account, to suddenly find they are banned from Halo 3 is...'

So Good.

I agree, I do not want asshats/hackers from Halo 2 to come to Halo 3.

If you do the crime, you do the time.

I think that they should be allowed into the beta, I mean logically they would be the ones to find holes in the anti-cheating systems, which would then give bungie an advanced warning before the release of H3. Hell, if they found a hole, everyone who cheats found out about it, but bungie fixed the problem before release, and used a account/credit card/eepromm ban on whoever tried to use this whole, it could go a long way to making halo 3 a good game, with less of a cheating problem.

Or you just ban all the cheaters and you have no need to find some of the cheating exploits.. Tolerance gets us nowhere.. :\
