Subject: Premium purchase problem for Blastacular map pack

I would really like some help. I still cannot download the new maps due to the premium purchase problem. It is going to drive me crazy! I cannot go back to my original Xbox to fix the problem because when i put in the numbers it says Due to technical difficulties, you cannot go further. Please Try again Later. Hmmmmm..... I've tried calling 1-800-4MYXBOX and all they said is that the line was busy for downloading it so try again later. I wake up at 5:00 and it desn't work. If anyone does know how to get past the premium purchase thing, please tell me. It will be very appreciated. Thanks

Halo 3 Legendary Edition, Covenant 360 Pad, Halo 3 ODST Limited /w Pad, Halo Wars Limited Edition, Halo: Reach Std.

I also have the same problem. I go to Purchase and it just says, "Purchase Failed".
I added a credit card as well, which is why I'm curious why it's not working.

Are you on a 360? I am and i always have that problem i click to download its starts then the bar fills up immediatly and the a screen comes up the says "purchase Failed"

yea same problem i added a credit card and everything and it still does the orange bar goes through really fast then says purchase failed...

Yeah i've had the same problem ever since it first came out. And after they said it was fixed. And after they fixed the in game problems and re-released it.
It starts to download, then the bar fills all the way up and then it says,

"Purchase failed. You will not be charged for this transaction. Please try again later."

I tryed calling 1-800-4MY-XBOX and they just made sure i didnt have a corrupt file in my harddrive and pretty much told me that sucks and to keep trying.

Hello its me again I got distracted by the beta and now im back. I am still having problems with my Xbox 360 and the premium purchase thing. I would really like to get the new maps but I still have the premium purchase thing happening to me. If someone could help me I would really appreciate it . Thanks.
