Subject: More to v1.5 Update then informed!?

So the new update has been out and the anti-cheating is great! But for those who stand bye in game i have noticed its takes approx. about 2 min. 34 s. for the standbyer to get booted! This is a pain when bye that time the cheaters are ahead by 30 or so! Also i wanted to layout that the Melee distance has been reduced significantly! You have to be very close and it also seems that the lunge distance from the sword has been increased as well! The biggest pain i have noticed is that when you throw gernades right before you die, they WILL NOT kill the person!(Before it was a matter of connection, now it seems to be completely removed!?) I hope Bungie is either aware of this and will fix these problems, or look at this topic and then look into it to fix these bugs that are way annoying to play on!

p.s.
I have been experiencing this on my own Host, my friends get host and have this problem also and even host on my own team who i have never met before!? I also know about Bungie saying connections will be edgy at first but the update has been out for quite a few weeks!?

It improves the banhammer. Connection issues create weak seeming grenades, small lunges, and everything else.

Standbying takes time to be identified, because what if it is genuinely a bad host? The system needs to be sure it is not making a mistake.

I didn't think it was possible to mess with the meles or such because they were parts of the game that were too deeply inbeted or something (similar to the reason why Bungie can't fix superbounces).

Well super bounces should be able to be fixed considering the ones on Tombstone and Desolation have been taken out now and the original version of Halo 2 multi was like 6 melees to kill a guy and the grenades wouldnt kill just before you died like they are doing again? It's just Halo 2 hasnt been to much fun as it used to be for me since the update that's all.

if their host is so bad then game should drop them as soon as possible and find another suitable host .

Xbox LIVE already has the right to suspend your access to LIVE if your internet is unsuitable for online play, as its affecting others enjoyment in the game.
About the original post i havent noticed any of this although after the 1.5 update the game did feel "different"
