Ok, here is the deal. The credit card I have on file as a payment method and primary method is my card. It's canceled as far as I know. I tried calling xbox live to change the payment method credit card, but the one credit card I have on file is expired and the other one is my moms and they need to speak to her to get permission (-blam!-). They told me I can go to billing.microsoft.com to do this stuff myself, but when I tried to enter my moms email address and password, it doesnt work. When I try to do this stuff on xbox live, I tried to change the primary card but it says that it cant find the information on xbox live, like gives me an error message. Please help me?
