Now that a keyboard/mouse adaptor is available for the Xbox, I was wondering how closely it resembles the PC experience. Has anybody tried the adaptor?

I am a PC gamer exclusively. But my son also has an Xbox. I was considering getting the keyboard/mouse adaptor so I could play Halo 2 with a keyboard/mouse while he uses the regular controller. That way we can both use the method that is most comfortable for us.

Any observations?

Heyyo,

Well, I havn't tried it yet, but I bet I'd actually be easier than on PC cause xbox has built in autoaim. If it resembles anything like Project 64 emulator with the n-rage controller plugin ability, you'll have autoaim, PLUS the speed/accuracy of a mouse. BTW, I own an N64 and Goldeneye, so yes I legally have the game. I love it on n64, my fav console shooter, but pwns even more with a keyboard n mouse combo. And I read up on that adapter, the one I saw you could cusomise the button layout, so you can setup halo to be exactly like onna PC layout. ;)

So yeah, it'll be easier to kill, almost too easy. :p
