Ok... I was playing with my friend, and we got paired against a kid named 'hostgotbooted'... Now, I know how people boot host, or anybody (IP Flooding), but why does Bungie, or Xbox Live entirely, let people create accounts like this, and why haven't they been banned yet...?

Most people endure the pain of their current course and prefer not to change because they fear that the unknown waiting beyond the pain that they're now familiar with will be infinitly more painful than the track that their already suffering on. If you are to improve this life in the slightest you must wash such fear away.
