ok i have a question. i was playing a game on warlock when all of the sudden i started going into blue screen a lot and eventually it send i couldnt connect to xbox live and had to test my connection. everything went fine up until the final step, the xbox live step, of the test and it said i failed that. i went to more info, but there was nothing. does anyone know wut this means when it fails in the xbox live step of the test? i know my profile is still valid cuz it renews in june.

The same thing just happened to me, i was playing Slayer and got the same blue screen. When i tested the connection it failed at the x-box live part and now i cant sign-in at all. if you find out the prob let me know please.Thanks

Unplug your modem and router for a minute and plug them back in. If that doesn't work then call Xbox customer support.
