Virtual memory is the same thing as your RAM drive..What it basically is, is this: Each program you run takes up a certain amount of virtual memory(RAM) and the more programs you have runnin at the same time, the slower your computer will be because of the larger usage of RAM. Now if you are playing certain games...or any game for that matter a virtual memory size of atleast 356Mb (megabytes) is necessary. Sometimes when you have a certain virus on your computer...usually from -blam!- surfing, your virtual memory will become partially blocked from usage thanks to the virus. You can ALWAYS upgrade your virtual memory and check with a professional if you have a virus.
