Cheating:
Bridging, Modding, Circle Boosting, Standbying, & Ip flooding. Those are the only things that are viable as cheating. That's it. BxR & BxB IS NOT CHEATING. Superbouncing IS NOT CHEATING, if someone superbounces, then you do it and kill them. I've been told i'm cheating when I spawn kill someone. Just because you haven't learned it doesn't mean it's cheating. You can't expect to be as good as someone when you first start playing & just because you lose doesn't mean they're cheating. If 1 person on your team is in "red bar", doesn't mean the other team is cheating. Why does everyone say "bk"? It's because you talk about that which you know nothing of. If an expierenced player BxR's you with no shields, and you can't do it because you don't know how, then it's your fault. If you have no knowledge of how to perform a certain action and you become the victim of it, that doesn't mean they're cheating. I've been in games on the other teams host and after we win they say "you only won because of host".

Conclusion:
Don't say someone is cheating or abusing host when you don't know what you're talking about. I have friends (noobs) who say that anyone higher than level 35 is a cheater, and if you say that then your uneducated. So please, for future refference, don't whine or complain about something you don't know.

New Flood

If you BxR or BxB or double shot or quad shot in matchmaking it is cheating. Why? Because Bungie make the rules in matchmaking and it is not acceptable to them. Therefore, if you doubleshot, quadshot BxR whatever, in matchmaking, you are cheating.

This is a RETICULE, and that is a RETICLE. I'm using the latter to aim. And what are you using?

Here are the facts - these aren't "opinions", or whatever word you are using to avoid what you don't want to hear.

1. Any use of a glitch/bug in a game to acquire an advantage is cheating on Xbox Live. This includes but is not limited to superbouncing, flag through the wall tricks, leaving the map boundaries, triggering an animation bug using a sequence of button presses (BXR, etc.)
2. Anytime you see someone cheating, you should leave feedback on them, but it is up to you whether to do so. You define whether an action is cheating - you can define the above actions as normal, or be hardcore and define all of them as cheating. Since you're the one reporting the cheater, you get to be the ultimate arbiter of if cheating is occuring. This is a very obvious thing to say, but most people don't understand this.
3. Different organizations have different rules. When you're on Xbox Live, you have to deal with our rules (which are in point 1 and 2). This means that anybody who is bringing up "what MLG does" needs to pull their head out of their ass and look around. Are we talking about an MLG tournament? Is this the MLG web site? No! That means that we're talking about Bungie rules for playing on Xbox Live. MLG is free to define whatever rules they want, and in their rules, button combos are part of the game. Super jumping (I believe) is not. But as what they do is off topic to this discussion, you need to stop talking about it like it matters to what happens on Xbox Live, because it doesn't.

...Just some nice reading material for you.
