Given Bungie's penchant for religious themes... I would think that the "Arc" that could trigger the Halo's remote activation sequence could only be the Arc of the Covenant from our own Bible. Which would mean that the "Arc" is somewhere here on Earth. And who better to play the part of the future Indiana Jones, than good 'ole Master Chief!
And should Bungie staff members read this and say, "Hey now THAT'S a great idea, wish I'd thought of it sooner!" Feel free to pay me for my ideas!
My only complaints about Halo 2 are as follows: The Flashlight with it's own (faulty) AI. (Okay, it's dark, so I'll just turn on the flashlight and... CLICK ... Okay, so I'll just turn the flashlight back on again and... CLICK ... Okay, so maybe it will stay on for more than five seconds this time... CLICK. Okay, so I can't see in the dark).
No Night Vision on the Sniper Rifle. With the game as visually dark as it is? What the...?!?
The Grunts voice's have changed for the worse. In Halo, they were the highlight of the game. They brought a sense of humor to the game. In Halo 2? They sound like dumb crack addicted lobster-monkeys. "No see him." Will never be as good as Halo's "Everybody Duck!"
And although I enjoyed playing as the Arbiter, I would have enjoyed it much more if Halo 2 would of had every third level being played as the Arbiter. I came away from the game (especially the last level) feeling let down by not having enough Master Chief in the game.
That all being said, Halo 2 is one of my all time favorite games of all time.
