Ok... first post on Bungie boards... ah weel first time for everything. Now you are probably thinking this is just another pointless topic but all i ask is that you hear me out.
Ok lets get to the point, heres the first peice of evidence i had found... so I was reading the last weeks update (April 12th) and it was goin all fine and dandy until I saw something that didn't fit... on the calendar that Frankie had marked for Mister Chiefs 'clue' was labeled "April 2004" now I'm sure you are all thinking what exactly is wrong with that... nothing is wrong with the April 2004 label its actually the dates that are quite pecuilar. It states that the first and third weeks Mondays of this month were on the 6th and the 20th, I didn't think anything of it until I realized that there were no Mondays that landed on the 6th and 20th in April... at first I thought it was just a random typo but knowing that Bungie has a history of foreshadowing interest compelled me to investigate, so I flipped through my calender and noticed that the only month to have Mondays land on the 6th and 20th is the month of September. So keeping in mind that Frankie had marked the Monday in between the weeks of the 6th of the September (Labour day) and the 20th of September with the big Red X, then according to September 2004 that date would be the 13th.
Now I dont think that this date "mix up" was just a simple coincidence, in fact I think it was Frankie trying to send us a message (non-directly since he can't come out and say something) that some thing is going to happen on Monday September 13th. Granted it could just be something small such as a release of a calendar or maybe a poster or perhaps it could be something as big as a Halo 2 demo or it may even the estimated release date of Halo 2 itself, since it does falls into the right timeframe.
Now for exhibit number two *Spoilers*... I'm sure most if not all of you have read the Halo book series (Eric Nylund, William C Dietz) well with all this new content coming out on Halo 2 I decided to reread them. To my surprise First Strike the book had ended on September 13th 2552 with the remaining survivors, John (MC), Will, Fred, Linda and Sargeant Johnson 35 hours away from reaching Earth...
Now maybe this is all a just large coincidences and this is pointless for me to continue, but if it is real and something is going to happen it could be no more then a poster or demo or maybe even... the release date itself (highly unlikely). What do you guys think? But of course in the long run we'll just have to wait and see... whatever happens happens. That is for me peace
