Alright well, I created an account forgetting that my e-mail for my XBL account was different than the one I normally use. So I ended using the UserName "CounterBlow" on this account with the incorrect e-mail. (I'm using the correct e-mail with another account, but the problem is it's "CounterBlow1") So my question is, is it possible to change the e-mail on this account so that it will show my correct XBL GamerTag? If it is, than I'll PM a mod or whoever I need to the e-mail that I would like this account to have.

If it's not possible, please let me know if there's anyway to have my correct e-mail on this account. Thanks.

Simply go to this website. Once there select 'Sign In' in the top right hand corner. Be sure to sign in using this account, not 'CounterBlow1'. Once there, you will see to the left part of the screen in bold the email that is assigned to the 'CounterBlow' account. Beside it, in blue text, you will see 'Change'. Simply select change, and put the email that you wish the account to have.

I tried what you said, but it didn't say "Change" next to my bolded e-mail. Just "Change" next to my Password, and Secret Question.

Hrm. Well, then try pressing 'Add' for an alternate email. And, just for clarrification reasons, here is a picture of the page.

Yup, I'm getting the same page, but there isn't a "Change" next to the e-mail.

I just tried adding an e-mail, but even after I added it, it says: "Alternate e-mail address: Not specified Add" So it basically isn't even acknowledging I added an e-mail, when I did.

Odd. Try going and logging onto your 'CounterBlow1' Account. Once there delete it by going to 'Services' the the left part of the screen. Then by go to 'Close your Account' on the right hand side of the screen. This will free up the email you wish to use. Then, you should be able to add it as an alternate email. That is the most you can do since it is not allowing you to change your email.

Alright, I did that. And now I can add that e-mail as an alternate e-mail, but that didn't change anything. Is there anything else I should do now?

As far as I know of, no there is not. It is odd though, that it has blacked out the 'Change' option and will not let you change your email to this account. I will continue to search for information to help you. But as far as I know as of now, that is all you can do. I will either edit this post or post again when I find or do not find information.

Okay, I found something, but there is no gaurantee that this will work for you. Again, if it does not show 'Change' by your email, then there is no way it can be done. And this is literally the only thing that I can think of that actually might work since the website is not working properly for you. Anyway, go to 'Settings' instead of 'Account Summary'. Now, you should be able to see the word 'Change' by your email. If you don't, I honestly have no idea what is wrong.

Oh, I just came across something else as well. It might not let you change your email because it may not be a verified email. To verify the email address, read this. If you cannot see that, to find this page, go to 'Help' in the upper right hand side of the screen. Then on the bottom of the window that pops up, you will see 'Table of Contents' select that and another set of menus will show up. Select 'Manage Account' then again, more options will appear. Select 'Verify your email address', and you will have a larger copy of that the link above shows. Then, once you verify your email, if you haven't already, you should be able to change your email address.

No problem CounterBlow, I am always happy to help.
