Ooooh he did not go there!?
First of H2 is not a casual game; it's hardcore as hell. Secondly, you just kicked yourself off my good side when you drug in skill.
I don't know where you guys come from, telling me that handcannon of yours is balanced or skillbased but that's a crock of crap. Eight guys run into the center of BC with a pistol on RP, who wins? The lowliest newb has just as good a chance as the truely skilled. With a three shot kill certainty it's all just one big dice role. I've told you that not because you'll see anything different on H2 but that itself is my point; there is no difference. They're both all one big dice role. That being said I've seen guys enter the center of Coag with a Rocket Launcher ownly to be gunned down by savy BR men. True H2 has a boost in aim assist but that doesn't tilt the favor towards one man; the field is still even. There is more emphasis on "power" weapons; only for the best. Whats the use of all the weapons if the one you start out with trumps them all? H2 is more dynamic. If someone has a different weapon, you need to take that into consideration. That doesn't make it casual or cheap.
I'm done with my little tyraid. Please, refrain from mentioning that anymore
From that comment i can tell you did not play halo 1 MP much, did you?Actually..... From that comment I assume he played a lot of CE considering every game I ever played was like that. Honestly, what was the point in even having other weapons? The rocket launcher and sniper were the only ones anyone used besides the pistol.
Heh, sounds like you never played much halo 1 MP either.
Plus, isn't the BR used pretty much all the time in halo 2? I mean, even from the average to the pro player, all anyone ever uses is the BR. Halo 1's games had more weapon variety than halo 2.
