1. I already have an Xbox live account on my 360 and don't want to pay for another account, so can I just port the 360 account to Windows live or are they going to suck more money out of me for another account.

2. Is anyone other then me buying this game for PC even though they have played it for millions of hours on Xbox? Haha.

3. Will a Geforce 7600 GT run this game in pretty decent graphics?

Thanks in advance.

A 7600GT should be able to max this game 100x over.

doubt it, the person who already has h2v said he has a x1950pro which is more powerful than a 7600GT, and says the game lags at max details at 1280-1024, so im guessing you will be able to run the game at max, maybe at 800-600, 1024-768 if your lucky, or 1024-768 or 1280-1024 at medium detail

LOL

This is pathetic. A game like this should run maxed out on a 9800PRO.

I can run TDU Maxed out with 30+ FPS on a 7600GT, I can run Oblivion with higher graphical quality and resolution than the 360 version with 30+ FPS.

I feel your pain, i also have a 7600GT and am not looking forward to playing an outdated game with outdated graphics only at medium detail, its pathetic. They better bring out a patch or something to better optimize the game.
