Im getting a 360 soon and was wondering something..

Would I be able to play Halo 2 on the Xbox 360 without having to download any emulators?

Also would I be able to play Halo 2 on Xbox live on the 360?

I need to know this because im getting a 360 soon.

Yes and you will not have to download any emulators or anything of that nature, only all the new maps and updates... you WILL need the hard drive though... and Yes to playing on XBL

Yes, just put the disc in and play.

Yes, live is easy. Just like the original Xbox.

Add me and we can play sometime if you want. -- FallenXxXSoul

EDIT: Im buying the Premium Xbox 360 ($400 one) that has the hardrive already included in it.

Another question..

Is it free to play on Xbox Live on the 360 on Halo 2 with the XBL Silver?

No, it still requires Gold to play online.

You should get a free one month gold card for xbl with your 360, also you can make one month silver accounts and play on those but after the month is up you either have to change it to gold or the account is done, so technically you can keep creating new silver accounts and play for free. The only downside is you can't keep your gamertag.

Yeah that sucks..

I just bought my 360 in store (Last one O-o) and it was okay.

Should I have to worry about overheating issues though? I mean I have a fan going in the general area thats circulating the air around.

I was wondering because after playing a level of Halo 2 in campaign it felt a little warm but the fans were going.
