Rumors and propaganda that is. I tried it and it didn't work. You need at least triple the number of kids, along with a shipment of brownies/cookies to bungie HQ.

And you have to do that every time you buy something.

I was told the still beating hearts of ten beautiful virgin nuns [ugly ones won't do] got slower but cheaper shipping... but I could never find enough nuns without arrousing suspicion.
