said the only way you can play halo 2 vista on a laptop is haveing a dedicated graphics card
and integrated graphics card will NEVER work. in fact he said it wont even run.

Depends on the integrated card, I'm sure a gma 950 will run it, but it won't run well. As long as the card has atleast 128mb vram( that the halo 2 min?) and a wddm, you should be able to run it.

Run it, you probably could, or atleast should be able to.

Run it with acceptable and playable performance? No chance.

Go to this site and it will scan your computer. You can find out for sure if you can run it.

The question is, would you want to play Halo 2 Vista with an integrated chipset?

As great as that site is, before I got an actual graphics card, it told me my Intel integrated was good enough to play Half-Life 2 at maximum (the bar was all the way to the right =/)

I'm not surprised. Half-Life 2 doesn't take that much to run.

I can run Halo 1200x800, maxed settings on my gma900 at about 20-25 fps., but 640x480 is like 60.
