I am very upset with XBL in general. I bought the new maps and played them before the Auto-Update. Now I can't use them, I tried re-downloading and they tried to charge me. I called Customer Support and they said I never paid for them. My credit card statement says I did, so they told me to fax them my statement. It would cost me $4 to fax my statement, which is the same price as those maps. I am very angry and extremely frustrated. Anyone else had this problem?
