Subject: superjumping: skill or cheating?

Does Bungie consider superjumping cheating or not? I've wondered this for the past few days now because it's happened a lot recently. I know that superjumping requires a certain bit of "skill" to hit the right spot, but does it give the jumper an unfair advantage? In SWAT I would think so, because if they're higher than everyone else, that's a lot of easy headshots. I'm not really looking for your opinions, rather the set rule on superjumping (in other words, by Bungie's standard): is it cheating or not?

Yes, there are about 50 billion controversial threads about this, but Bungie DOES consider any glitch exploitation cheating. That obviously includes a bounce. At the same time the banhammer can't catch it, so only XBL feedback will come close to getting the offender banned.

Unfortunetly, Bungie does not consider SuperJumping a "bannable" offense.

This is a RETICULE, and that is a RETICLE. I'm using the latter to aim. And what are you using?

From what I read more than a year ago on b.net, superjumping is considered an exploit and cheating. However, Bungie aren't able to determine whether or not someone actually was superjumping with 100% accuracy. And before smacking someone innocent with the banhammer, no one gets smacked with it. Unfortunately, many jerks mistake this inability with consent; "if I can't get banned for it, it's not cheating".

Its cheating. Even though Bungie can't whack 'em with the banhammer, you can still leave cheating feedback on the bouncer.
