is there any way to do this?because the FPS is locked on 50FPS no more or les. i used to fix this in halo 1 with just selecting no VSYNC ,i didnnt matter what res i use

AMD 3800+ X2 @ 2.3GHz

Don't know about ATI cards, but I'm sure you can force VSYNC off in NVIDIA cards through the control panel. I Don't like VSYNC much as it tends to run slower than it should.

add these parameters to your Halo 2 Vista shortcut: -novsync

I prefer Vsync off in ALL games but in Halo 2 vista with vsync off its SO jerky and unresponsive. Its best if you leave it on.

I'm using ATi x1950 pro
