i have kinda noticed that the carbine in halo 2 vista shoots way faster than the old one or is it just me?

its faster to click a mouse than to squeeze the xbox trigger

im almost positive HG wouldn't mess with that stuff

I can use an Xbox controller to play, went into H2v and noticed that even with the xbox controller the carbines Rate of fire is alot higher. I like it that way, but yeah its definetly different to the Xbox version

Indeed just like pistols in CS, the faster you click the faster you shoot. Quick bind scroll wheel+ and - to shooting and go minigun rate of fire with a pistol and anything else ;p

I used to have a joystick with a switch that made all buttons automatic rapid fire. So I could just hold down any of the many buttons and triggers and it sent messages to the computer that it was being pressed extremely quickly, fun times.
